Bringup the robot

  • Bringup the robot
bringup_mbot

or (equivalently)

roslaunch mbot_bringup robot.launch

This will launch the driver on the robot, make sure no errors are present in the terminal

Known problems:

Sometimes errors may be present in the bringup's output. Most of the times these errors are easily solvable:

  • [ERROR] [/hokuyo_node_rear]: Error connecting to Hokuyo: Could not initialize Hokuyo: not connected. Try poweroff the robot (completely, meaning to poweroff the PC, turn off the PC switch, detach the charger and unpush the motors button), then power up the robot again.
