Fill out the green surgery card completely, as noted below.

Mice need to be checked 4x in 48 hours following surgery, with notes taken on the front of the card, and for a minimum of 5 more days with notes taken on the back.

Mice should be weighed before surgery, and weekly for as long as the green card remains on the cage, with weights noted on the back of the card

After monitoring is complete (minimum of 7 days), remove green card from the cage and give it to Gargi Basu Chatterjee.
