User and Project Management

In order to define the community that will be working on projects in the dictionary there will be user and project management controls that allow the project coordinator/facilitator to define roles for people who are functioning as part of the community.

Note that even if a user is not part of the community there are parts of the lexical web application that will be visible to them. They will be able to look at progress and see the current state of the lexicon at that point.
