User Roles

System admin

  • Create or delete any project
  • Edit any projects settings

Project Coordinator/Facilitator

  • Create or delete a project
  • Determining who is allowed to participate in the expansion and/or review of the lexicon for their project and how they are allowed to participate.
  • Set up the project (writing systems, tasks, etc.)
  • Making decisions about progress of lexical development. (e.g. ready for wider community review, ready for draft publication, ready for final publication, etc.)

Lexicographer

  • Determining if new content added is “accepted” into the main corpus (accept or reject)
  • Reviewing comments and determining what action to take to “resolve” the comment
  • Resolution of any conflicts caused by multiple people editing content at the same time - Note that the application will “resolve conflicts” automatically but these must then be reviewed by the Lexicographer prior to being approved.

User

  • Creation of lexical content
  • Review others lexical content and make comments
