2 Step Procedure

As DPE

• looks for acquisition opportunities. Identifies potential acquisitions and confirms they are needed by 1). consulting the mobile1 app or 2). consulting the FR.
• Check the condition such as missing texts, missing pages etc.
• Cataloging (Accession number, bibliographic information sheet)
• Create metadata (Bibliographic information sheet)
• Create folders(standard folder structure)
• Digitizing with Fijitsu fi-7160
• Post processing with XviewMP
• Check image using Audit tool

As FR

• Quality review: Perform QC2 using the Image Inspection Checklist.
