IVDXAContext interface
Binds a texture to a texture sampler.
void SetSampler(uint32 samplerIndex, uint32 textureHandle, VDXAFilterMode filterMode);
| samplerIndex | Index of sampler to bind (0-15). |
| textureHandle | Texture handle to bind to the sampler. Use zero to unbind a texture. |
| filterMode | Filtering mode to use when sampling the texture.

This method is used to select which textures are accessible to the fragment program.
