Assuming you want to build the whole system, here are the steps that you'll typically need to go through:

Order PCBs and electronic components
Build and test modules one by one, in the order they are listed in the modules folder (so PSU first, default patch last)
Get enclosure manufactured
Build enclosure
Assemble modules in enclosure
