Mission Requirements

1. The team must specify and buy the modules: Solar panels, Antenna and Structure.

2. The team must do the integration and test of all subsystems of the FloripaSat.

3. The team must develop a ground station.

4. FloripaSat must establish a radio connection with a Ground Station.

5. The team must develop and test all the core modules of the cubesat: EPS, OBDH, TT&C and ADCS.

6. FloripaSat must be able to transmit data from its payloads.

7. FloripaSat must be able to transmit relevant data from its core modules.

8. FloripaSat must comply with P-POD standard launch system.
Defined by the Launcher (GAUSS).

9. All parts shall remain attached to the FloripaSat during launch, ejection and operation. No additional space debris will be created.

10. No pyrotechnics shall be permitted.

11. CubeSat hazardous materials shall conform to AFSPC MAN 91-710, Volume 3. Link

12. FloripaSat must operate at Sun-Synchronous orbit: 650 km.

13. FloripaSat team must obtain documentation of proper licenses for use of amateur frequency.

14. FloripaSat will comply with Brazil's radio license agreement and restrictions.

15. CubeSats mission design and hardware shall be in accordance with NPR 8715.6 to limit orbital debris.

16. Public commands must be well documented and provided in a public channel for the AMSAT community.

17. FloripaSat must have the capability to receive a transmitter shutdown telecommand.
