How to Create Print Order

  1. Go to the Print Order list and click on Add Print Order button.

  1. Select the Customer and Planned delivery date as shown below.

  1. If the fabric is sent by the customer, check mark on the Fabric provided by the customer

  1. In the Fabric detail section, select the fabric item as shown below. ll the fabric details became visible once we selected the fabric item along with the fabric quantity in the stock.

  1. Once you selected the item, the process details section will automatically be filled as shown below

  1. Click on the save button on the top right of Print Order. Now the Print Order status is Draft.

Design File Attachments

There are two ways of attaching files.

  • Drag down the design file to the screen
  • Click on the attach file button on the left side of the window.

  1. A pop-up window will appear. Select the "My Device" option and attach the file. Save and submit.

  1. The attached file will be shown on the left side of the print order as shown below.

Add the following details in the design details section

  1. Select Default Order UOM, Default Qty Type plus add Default Gap (Inch) and Default Wastage (%) as shown below.

  1. If there is a different quantity for each design, you can also specify the quantity in the design details rows, as shown below.

  1. Click on the Save and Submit button.

  2. After you submit, the item table will show the statuses of production, packing, and delivery as shown below.

  1. Now the status of Print Order is To Confirm Order

To Create Items

How to create Items and BOMs, Sales Orders, and Work Orders

  1. Click on the quick-start button on the top right as shown below.

  2. A dialogue box pops up on the screen, add the Fabric qty needed for the production. Click on the Submit button as shown below.

  1. A status bar on the top of Print Order shows the production status as shown below

  1. Now the Print order status is To Produce.

  1. To start production, click on the work order list button on the top right as shown below.

  1. Click on the Finish button once the production is done as shown below.

  2. Set the manufacturing quantity and printer, then submit the dialogue box as shown below.

  3. Now the status of the Print order is To Deliver

How to Create a Packing Slip

  1. The packing status bar on the top of the Print Order shows the packing status of the finished goods.

  1. Click on the Packing slip button on the top right.

  1. Select the Package type as shown below.

  1. Add the leftover fabric quantity (Return fabric) in the packed content section as shown below.

  1. Go through the details then Save and Submit the Packing Slip.

  1. Now the status of the Print order is To Deliver

How to make a Delivery Note

  1. Delivery status bar on the top of Print Order showing the delivery status of the finished goods.
  2. Click on the Create Delivery note button on the top right of the print order.
  3. The Delivery Note is mostly pre-filled by the Print Order.
  4. Go through the form and add any information as per the requirement. Click on Save and Submit
  5. Now the status of the Print Order is Completed

Insight

  1. A stock entry of transferring the raw material warehouse to the production warehouse by submitting the Qty for Material Transfer for Manufacture once we start the production in the work order.

  2. A stock entry of transferring the final material to the finished goods warehouse by submitting the qty to the manufacture when we finish the work order.

  3. Fabric GSM: GSM stands for grams per square meter, which refers to the weight of a fabric

  4. Fabric Quantity: Fabric quantity refers to the amount of fabric that is inputted before processing, which includes any wastage.

  5. Print Quantity: Print quantity refers to the amount of fabric produced after processing, excluding any wastage.

  6. Default Order UOM: Unit of measurement in which the customer ordered

  7. Default Gap (Inch): The gap between the design - Provided by the customer

  8. Default Wastage (%): Fabric wastage during the printing

  9. Default Qty: Order quantity
