This 3D Slicer extension segments bone erosions from high-resolution peripheral quantitative CT (HR-pQCT) and measures their volume, surface area, and shape parameters. Cortical breaks are identified automatically. Erosions are manually selected by placing a seed point in each of them. The segmentation can be visualized in three planes. The numeric measurements are stored in a table.
