Refactoring all
coinbase/x402repo references and preparing packages for re-publication under x402 Foundation authorship.Exception: The
@coinbase/x402package is the one instance of a Coinbase specific package, as it's used to access the CDP Facilitator. This will intentionally be skipped in this refactor, and separated out separately afterwards. It is only referenced in a handful of legacy examplesTests
