Prevent custom databases from being built with the same taxonomic id corresponding to two unique taxonomic lineages. Accomplish this by raising error message and having user clean up input taxonomy file.
Without this, current code will create an abundance file with two duplicate lines for the same tax_id containing different taxonomic lineages, and as a result sums to greater than 1.
