Now that the Nexlet agent SDK lives in synadia-io/nex monorepo, there is no need to have decoupled go modules, excluding the CLI which has a different set of dependencies that are not related to core Nex.

The native nexlet can re-use the stop process methods that core nex uses for the Nexlet Agent Watcher process
