I think the following code is simpler and better:

rescue Aws::ECS::Errors::ThrottlingException, Seahorse::Client::NetworkingError => e
  Wrapbox.logger.warn("Failed to describe tasks: #{e} (#{e.class})")
end

What do you think?

Wrapbox.logger.warn("Failed to connect to ECS #{e}")
