current fail: /home/q/git/xray-16/src/Layers/xrRender/dxEnvironmentRender.cpp:317 `R_constant* C = sh_2sky->E[0]->passes[0]->constants->get(RImplementation.c_ssky0)._get();` constants empty
current fail: 1st error about textures
need to add loading _DDS_CUBE, fix D3DXLoadSurfaceFromSurface, fix D3DXSaveTextureToFile and some more things
also build Release version of dxvk
Also improve min calculation (for testing on Windows)
they be filled with texture.layers(), .faces() and .levels() checks
+ improve CMake build commands for DXVK and Nine Native
