• _id: the event ID in the format AKE00000001 where AK is the uppercase jurisdiction ID
• _type: always event
• state: the jurisdiction ID, e.g. ak
• session: the legislative session
• description: a description of the event
• when: the time at which the event begins
• end: the time at which the event ends
• location: the event's location
• type: a code for the type of event, e.g. committee:hearing
• timezone: the event's timezone, e.g. America/Anchorage
• participants
• sources
• Metadata
  • created_at: the time at which the event was created
  • updated_at: the time at which the event was updated

Fields on more than 89% of documents

  • participants.participant_type: committee or legislator
  • participants.id: the committee or legislator ID
