- Replace deprecated pyparse calls with current API calls
- Remove old directory check from main.py
- Fix print of undefined variable in get_backend ImportError exception handler
- Fix various issues caught by flake8 and ruff linters
- Add ruff linting to pre-commit (commit by @HU90m)
