Release 0.1

Initial target march 2012

Minimal prototype with the following problems solved:

• Setup Postgresql-Database
  • DB Backup (daily dumps)
  • DB Online-Backup
  • Fast recovery from desaster (using daily dumps and/or Online-Backup logs)
  • Cron-Job delivers mail if PG-Setup has error. Once in a week a health report (e.g. size)
• (goodie if time permits) Convert mysql-dump → PostgreSQL (to attract other customers)
• Package operations above in a Web-Tool
• Easy/fast setup archivista (how)
• Supporting scripts (network/user configuration)
• install all needed packets for Elexis (Java)

Before Release 1.0

(more or less in this order). with a new release when one or more new features
are ready. Point-Releases to fix Q-problems.

• Easy setup of test database and DbShredder (anonymizer), incl. external documents
• Thin Client (x2go), HW & SW (needed for cost savings)
• Automatic installation of Elexis (Debian package/p2 update site?)
• Wiki (pmwiki/Mediawiki/Gollum ??)
• Add some security stuff (harden) and review it
• printer support?
• serial ports for laboratory equipment?
• Telephony support (ISDN, analog, VoIP or all?)
