Add multi-wallet configuration to BTC-like remote nodes, so users can more easily connect to existing daemons

notes:

  1. rpcauth must be setup on the daemon
  2. you can only use bsx-addcoin to setup remote nodes when the wallet is initially added.
  3. optionally migrating an existing wallet will require manual removal before reinitialization
  4. coins based on BTC will store the wallet file in the datadir of the daemon (not in the bsx datadir)
  5. remote daemon functionality is not enabled for some coins (LTC, BCH, NMC, PIVX)
  6. YMMV (untested) for some others (DASH, DCR, FIRO)

That leaves BTC, DOGE as only the chains confirmed to support multi-wallets, and be tested. I imagine DASH would work as well. BCH doesnt support multi-wallet. LTC mweb needs to be confirmed to not require special treatment. NMC's descriptor wallet as well.
