Improve German translation

The German translation had a few typos and other issues, so I fixed them.

Specifcally, things are translated to more closely resemble the writing style of Minetest Game nodes.

Thanks, some improvements.
Some changes I feel make the words longer for nothing and others I prefered the old version better (e.g. *planken - not a word I would use). Doesn't urk me enough though to go into the details.

i don't think that anything moving towards mtg is a good idea, also this mod supports multiple games, but 🤷 idc

I just do it for consistency's sake and moretrees is obviously heavily modelled after MTG. It's not good when e.g. "fence rail" is translated wildly differently across mods. And we have to pick a reference somewhere. And for moretrees it just happens to be MTG.

LGTM. Some translations definetely improved, consistency w/ MTG makes sense if you'd ask me.

edit mineclonia uses both the terms "*planken" and "*bretter".
