This release sees two major changes:

• It splits the codebase - keeping the code for the docker image/original R script in this repo and creating a new repo for the code which creates the dx app for use on the DNA Nexus platform (https://github.com/moka-guys/dnanexus_coverage_uniformity_report).
• It now allows the user to define the grouping together of reports for multiple Pan numbers. Typical use cases would be where the Pan number represents a disease area and you want to group these together by the capture kit used.
