this is a branch that has been worked on for quite a while. it lists all of the experiments included in the report as bash scripts which can be run on your own machine, if you really want to. i would recommend removing the
-Sflag if you are going to do this.all of the results are included in the
resfolder as csv files as well.the only other part of this change is a few odd bits which i moved around/added to make the main loop more robust for different experiments.
it feels good to be merging this :)
