This PR fixes the pairing page styling for the Cloud P1 driver and it fixes an issue where the errors would not be shown correctly for the Watermeter. It also replaces the "no locations" and "no devices" errors with an empty array, as Homey already shows "No new devices found" when an empty array is returned on the list_devices view.
