Generic fixes

• Added "local" platform to the older HomeWizard devices to prevent warnings in the Homey CLI
• Added translations to the pairing pages
• Changed styling to match the guidelines
• Removed unnecessary npm dependency which was causing a security vulnerability warning when running npm install
• Removed unnecessary CSS styles from pairing pages
• Added input validation to the HomeWizard Base Station IP address field
• Fixed typos in the English locale
