v0.2.0

- Duplicate marked bam file now also includes base quality tags for cell barcodes and UMIs.
- Tensorflow and tesnorflow-addons installation is now included within the environment.yml file. Users don't need to run separate commands to install the mentioned libraries.
- Demultiplexed FASTA/FASTQ files are currently not compressed by Tranquillyzer. Users are advised to compressed these files manually, if required
v0.1.1
- While undergoing multi-processing, rather than hanging-up in an endless wait, tranquillyzer now quits safely upon encountering certain GPU/tensorflow related errors.
- Dockerfile now doesn't have commands to update certain libraries that were causing docker/singularity containers to produce different results while annotating reads using multi-GPU inference.
