Move the rest of the groups section from
manage_sql.cto the dedicated group files.Why
Part of reducing the size of
manage_sql.c. Also for better organisation of the resources.References

Testing
I browsed the groups in GSA, also with filtering. I modified a group and checked the details. I also checked the counts using GMP GET_GROUPS. Looks OK.
