I have optimized the BloomPostProcessor initialization by parallelizing the fetching of shader files. Previously, these were fetched one after another, causing a delay proportional to the number of shaders. By using Promise.all, the fetch operations now occur concurrently, resulting in a measurable performance improvement (~66% faster in simulated tests). I've applied this optimization to both public/utils/bloomPostProcessor.ts and utils/bloomPostProcessor.ts to ensure consistency.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6896734725797018275 started by @ford442

The `BloomPostProcessor.init` method was fetching shader files sequentially, leading to unnecessary latency.
This change parallelizes the fetching of threshold, blur, and composite shaders using `Promise.all`.

Benchmark results (simulated network delay of 100ms):
- Baseline: ~300ms
- Optimized: ~100ms
- Improvement: ~66% faster initialization phase.

Affected files:
- `public/utils/bloomPostProcessor.ts`
- `utils/bloomPostProcessor.ts`
