imx93_lpm probe gets info from secure enclave se_ctrl driver, but fails if that driver hasn't been probed yet. That info is only used in one function, so move it from probe to that function.
Adding ts4300 overlay to support Low Drive low power mode. Currently only mode 0 (Over Drive) and mode 3 (Low Drive with SWFFC) work.
