Rework of the `http-auth-js` library to use the new HTTP protocol with [BHTTP](https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc9292.html). Blocked by #31.

Removes the old
ic-http-authpackage (and all its dependencies) in favor of the newic-httppackage, which provides serialization and deserialization utils for BHTTP.
