…n TraceCoreIngress - Updated TraceEncoderController to accept hartId as a parameter for better device identification. - Adjusted the instantiation of TraceEncoderController in RocketTile to pass the new hartId parameter. - Fixed formatting in TraceCoreIngress by correcting the closing brace placement.
