JuncBASE v1.2-beta

A major file was missing from the repo (sequence_wrap.py).

New feature:

• You no longer need to filter for "exon" rows in the GTF file when creating a database. build_DB_FromGTF.py will automatically check for those rows.

JuncBASE v1.1-beta

First release created through github. This is a pre-release for testing. Subsequent releases of JuncBASE will be made through github.
