This PR includes a few small updates I needed to make in order to get the first code example
gradient_descent.pyto run. I also included some instructions in the README for people who may not be familiar with virtual environments.Merging it would close 3 of the open issues. I hope it saves future readers an hour or two.
Thanks for writing this book. I'm really enjoying it so far.
