Because of the issue with mdns that resulted in some clients not establishing a connection to the rover. We now ping the rover and using the IP it returns, connect to it.

Changed how roverctl connects to a rover since mdns gave errors sometimes. Now we ping the rover and use the IP returned to connect to it.
