With this PR, we no longer have to use corsproxy and gitpkg as external services for installing the transceiver or running the web ui. For this, we switched to bun.

Also:

  • Fixed an issue where running roverctl-web in the Devcontainer would not properly open the port
  • Added a clock drift warning, to indicate that debug data might be lost when the Rover's clock is out of sync with the receiver's clock
  • Added a battery indicator, as replacement for the (non-functional) time offset indicator

Install transceiver through roverd fetchPost and configure passthrough-address automatically as done in enableDebug.
Also added a postinstall script since bun does not allow downloading from subdirectories of repos
The time offset was not correct, and the battery indicator was needed
