Ajout de extract_drug_erucdf intégrant le code de https://gitlab.has-sante.fr/has-sante/public/acces_precoces pour la partie UCD.
N'intègre pas directement les filters sur PRS_NAT_REF concernant les accès précoces. La fonction permet d'extraire des médicaments de la table UCDF quelque soit l'usage.
