Improve the logging system in the Entrypoint Scripts

I want a better logging system and logging implementation in the ros-entrypoint.py in both hydrus-cli and Hocker. Right now, there are too many emojis for my taste, and the code isn't very modular—there are a lot of edge cases that add unnecessary lines and hurt readability. Personally, I think we could clean that up.

Remember that refactoring and improving the codebase is an art form on its own, so any change or refactor that makes the code cleaner is welcome. Sooooooo... be my guest.

Also, it’s not that I’m against emojis it’s just that they’re not used consistently. If we want to use them, I’d prefer having some kind of emoji or color code to represent different types of logs.
