This version has all the minor review issues and the pending typographical and minor issues OpenGridForum#51 OpenGridForum#77 Also makes a start at OpenGridForum#78 and OpenGridForum#79 by adding a Property Index section. Next step after this is merging in errata (with change bars). OpenGridForum#76
