Hi,

I am trying to run phylonet on a large dataset of biallelic SNPs (181 individuals ~1 million SNPs). I have divided the data into subsets using NetMerger, but when I try to run PhyloNet on the subsets I get the error below. I believe I have the PhyloNet command set up according to the examples online. Can you help me with this? Thank you for your time and help. I also included my MCMC_BiMarkers command.
