MCMC_Seq can't generate proper phylogenetic network #12

Dear Authors,

I encountered this problem when using MCMC_Seq. The MCMC only outputs binary trees where networks should be. MCMC_Seq gives me a much more better coalescent result than any other algorithms (including MCMC_GT in PhyloNet and ASTRAL) but I need a network, as there must be introgression in my dataset and they can be found with MCMC_GT.

I also tried a sample dataset but also got binary trees only.
