I used MCMC_BiMarkers, there will always be an error message like this: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Sequence data expected, but none found. I don't know what's wrong with my sequences.
How to solve it?

I have solved this problem. This error is because of "-tm" settings.
