Fix for #180 and #173.
Might have fixed #166 ( at least partially ) as I have the same plugins (and more) and could not reproduce consistently. Seems to fail to load when opening the first server/DM but after opening another, all works well from there on.
This fixes the button not showing. However, Discord have yet again changed the upload file, so the fix at #133 is broken.
Seeing as I have little to no knowledge of the discord API, this is as far as I can help here.
