As gdown could only download 50 files, I have to take each file ID individually (rclone and python api require authentication, no download in one go). I also take ID to original name mapping using google api to preserve the original name.
To download the files, before running the script, one may have to configure Get cookies.txt LOCALLY, export the cookies.txt and put it to
~/.cache/gdown/cookies.txtas per the instruction here.#5
I have run
eva predict_fit --config "configs/vision/pathology/offline/segmentation/bcss.yaml", It work fine and run withPredicting DataLoader 0:but got out of memory (due to use of local laptop).
