Q. Why aren't my Rules working?
A. Most likely you have a rule that is overlapping another. A rule that overlaps another rule's To / From points will always overwrite the other rule causing it not to visibly change. The bigger line always eats the smaller line...
To fix it: Review your rules (starting with the rule that created the line to begin with) and make sure the To / From points do not overlap. See Adding Rules for details.
