Forward refs correctly in ButtonWrapper and align with UI component patterns

The Button component was missing several best practices common in the codebase. This change ensures that refs are forwarded correctly to the underlying Ant Design Button, styles are properly merged, and the component follows established patterns such as having a displayName and propTypes. Unused imports were also removed.
