Added fetching for sites.json, will now check for sites.json updates from the github without needing to update the entire application

On windows, the popups (update notifications etc) cannot be closed, and require the server to be shutdown and restarted, this is a known issue and will be fixed in the next release (2.0.0)

Starting release 2.0.0, the server application will only be compiled for windows. This means that the releases will only come with a extension ZIP and a EXE application. more info in the wiki at https://github.com/JTDMedia/browsercord/wiki/Linux-Support-Update
