Notes:

We need to describe the new lens file formats and the work Trisha and Michael Mara did. This includes beyond spherical and also lens tilt. I think the tilt assumes a circularly symmetric lens, but the tilt can be in different directions around the center. We already have lens displacement.

We need more description of the microlens and lenstool stuff

Finding the lens focus.

Methods for the lenses should be described better. Not sure what we are doing with all the BBM functions. Need to understand and document better!

We will simplify the functions (particularly the black box model, bbm, functions). We will make new lenses for spherical-plano diffraction limited cases. We will make figures showing ray traces through the lenses.
