Prevent profile manager buttons from submitting form

Summary

• add explicit button types to Math Brain profile manager controls so loading/saving profiles does not submit the form
• keep profile actions from prematurely triggering report generation when selecting saved profiles

Testing

• npm run lint -- app/math-brain/components/ProfileManager.tsx (warnings about existing console statements and TypeScript version)
