MPDX-9176 Final tasks for MHA

Description

Will not be updating MHA eligibility since #1546 is already updating! This PR is dedicated to mini tasks.

Mini tasks done here:

• Updated dates from mock to queried data
• Added download functionality
• Added Salary Calculator link to about form step
• Change download icon to print icon
• When user clicks on "Print", automatically open print window

Testing

• Go to /reports/housingAllowance
• Click "View Request"
• Click print link on receipt page
• Check that View page and print query were combined properly
