About The Pull Request

• Removes Bailiff's Jailor trait, you can wear head armor now.
• Removes Bailiff's skin, you can wear light armor now.
• Removes Bailiff's class limit
• Gives Rumaclan a proper set of robes with a hip sash instead of the t-shirt.

The classes spawn with all of the intended gear and traits.

Why It's Good For The Game

Bailiff was a noob trap before this. Unstated debuffs and literally NO armor as a requirement. This brings it in line with other MAAs and removes the needless class limit. You can play a pugilist guard now.

I suggest either the skin armor (at 100-150 dura) or just regular armor. Always put skin armor in the armor slot so people don't get fluted plate + skin armor
