Use Case11 - Provide URL to GitHub Wiki with DETAILED Instructions to test an admin removes a user

1. Click on login on the top nav bar.
2. Type in username admin and password admin and click login.
3. Click Admin on the top nav bar.
4. The table should list all the users currently in the database.
5. Click on Delete User on a row for a user that you want to delete.
